PMF or Die is a hackathon focused on building AI agents that make money, scale, and deliver real-world utility. With $5,000 in bounties, this is your chance to develop agents that drive revenue, explore new monetization strategies, or improve Hyperbolic's Agent Framework.

Bounty 1: Highest Revenue Generator
Description: Create an autonomous agent using Hyperbolic's Agent Framework that can generate the highest possible revenue during the hackathon period. The agent should demonstrate sustainable revenue generation methods while efficiently managing its allocated inference credits.
Required Capabilities: The agent must implement revenue-generating strategies while maintaining efficient use of the provided inference credits ($10 worth of Hyperbolic credits). Success will be measured by total revenue generated between February 22-28, 2025.
Key requirements include:
Integration with Hyperbolic's AgentKit framework and inference services
Implementation of sustainable revenue generation strategies
Efficient credit management and optimization of inference costs
Clear documentation of revenue sources and methods
Real-time performance tracking and reporting
Compliance with platform terms of service and ethical guidelines

Bounty 2: Most Creative Revenue Strategy
Description: Develop an agent built on top of Hyperbolic's Agent Framework that implements innovative and unexpected approaches to revenue generation. This category rewards creative thinking and novel applications of AI agents in finding market opportunities.
Required Capabilities: Participants should think beyond conventional revenue generation methods and demonstrate unique approaches to creating value using AI agents.
Key requirements include:
Novel application of AI capabilities for revenue generation in the blockchain space
Integration of multiple services or platforms in creative ways
Implementation of unique market discovery mechanisms
Clear documentation of the creative process and strategy
Demonstration of strategy scalability and sustainability
Efficient use of allocated inference credits

Bounty 3: Best AgentKit Innovation
Description: Create the most valuable tooling or framework built on top of Hyperbolic's Agent Framework. This category focuses on technical innovation that enhances the capabilities of the base framework and provides value to other developers.
Required Capabilities: Build tools, frameworks, or systems that extend AgentKit's functionality in meaningful ways while maintaining practical applications for revenue generation.
Key requirements include:
Development of reusable components or tools for AgentKit
Clear documentation and examples of tool usage

Bounty 4: Alpha Swam Challenge by Theoriq
Overview: AlphaSwarm is a dev-first starter kit for building LLM-powered AI agents, streamlining the data → planning → action lifecycle for AIFi automation. It interprets natural language trading strategies, analyzes real-time market signals, autonomously executes multi-chain trades, and includes integrations like Telegram, Dexcreener, and Base.
Description: This bounty is your chance to level up AlphaSwarm. Extend its capabilities by integrating new data sources, enhancing AI reasoning, or creating innovative on-chain actions. Participants must successfully integrate the AlphaSwarm starter kit showcasing how AI agents can analyse data and/or apply reasoning and strategy.
Required Capabilities: Your submission should demonstrate a working integration of AlphaSwarm with a new data source, reasoning logic, or trading action within a deployable script.
At a minimum, your submission should show a working integration of AlphaSwarm that:
Connects to a new data source (API or on-chain).
Uses AI reasoning to analyze or generate trade signals.
Executes an automated action using the starter kit.
Technical Requirements: Must integrate and use AlphaSwarm Starter Kit
Evaluation Criteria:
Impact & Simplicity: Can the idea work in real-world DeFi use cases?
Execution Quality: Does the project run successfully within the given time?
Extensibility: Can the work be easily built upon after the hackathon?
Submission Guidelines:
GitHub Repository with code, README, and deployment instructions.
Demo Video (recommended) explaining and showcasing your integration.
