Hyperbolic is in a hyper growth stage. Over the last three months, here’s what we’ve accomplished:
55,000+ developers are building on Hyperbolic.
Our inference service supports 98,000 users, 59 million requests, and 38 models.
We’ve rented out 10,000 GPUs for 33,000 hours of compute.
Today, we power ~90% of the leading crypto <> AI projects.
What sets us apart is our ability to bridge two worlds. Trusted by leaders in Web2—HuggingFace, Poe by Quora, Stanford, NYU, and Cornell—while also powering Web3 projects like Virtuals Protocol, ElizaOS by ai16zdao, Zerebro, and Near, Nous Research, Hyperbolic is uniquely positioned to deliver scalable, decentralized AI solutions to both mainstream and blockchain ecosystems.
But growth isn’t enough. We believe innovation happens when experimentation meets bold ideas. That’s why we created e/acc.
What is e/acc?
e/acc is short for Experimental Acceleration, but we view it as AI Evolution Acceleration. It’s our new space to test ideas, take risks, and show the world what’s possible with Hyperintelligence. Hyperintelligence is the autonomous AI engine built on Hyperbolic’s decentralized compute, verifiable inference, and agent framework.
What makes e/acc different? There are no rules, no limits. The only goal is to push the boundaries of AI and blockchain and share our experiments along the way. Some ideas will succeed, some will fail. But all of them will drive the world closer to Hyperintelligence.
Meet the Team Behind e/acc
Belle Tangkuptanon (@BelleNichatornT)
I lead research efforts for the e/acc account, diving into the game-changing possibilities of AI and blockchain integration across a wide range of sectors—DeFi, DePIN, DeSci, RWA, Privacy, Security, and beyond. I’m especially captivated by protocols pushing the boundaries of DeFAI, Verifiable AI, Swarm Intelligence, and DePAIN.
At Hyperbolic Labs, I’m working with the BD and Ecosystem Growth team to cultivate and expand our AI Rainforest🌲. Always eager to connect with teams innovating in this space—feel free to reach out on Twitter (@BelleNichatornT) to chat!
Through my Weekly Agent Reports, I aim to offer both timely insights and a forward-looking perspective on how Crypto AI can shape multiple industries. Expect in-depth analyses of groundbreaking protocols, case studies and predictions of innovative use cases, and examinations of how AI-driven agents and infrastructures can enable new possibilities.
In the past, I’ve interned at Pantera Capital and led UC Berkeley’s Blockchain Xcelerator (@xcelerator). As a fellow at General Catalyst, I primarily focus on Crypto venture investments. By highlighting how projects like Hyperbolic uniquely break out of the “crypto bubble” and attract over 55,000+ Web2 developers, I aim to underscore that decentralized infrastructure not only can—but must—meet mainstream demands for scalability, cost-effectiveness, and trust in AI.
Amr Elhady
I lead the development of the Hyperbolic AgentKit repository, driving innovation in agentic capabilities such as voice cloning, dynamic personalities, task automation, and integrations with tools like the Hyperbolic GPU Marketplace and Twitter automations. I first connected with Hyperbolic in 2024 when I served as Head of Engineering of Cornell Blockchain, leading projects related to solidity smart contract development.
Previously, I interned at BASF, where I developed one of the first generative AI use cases in agriculture, leveraging AI to drive marketing insights. I also gained experience at Entendre Finance, where I worked on fintech integrations and developed a strong foundation in blockchain technology.
As a Computer Science student at Cornell University with a focus on Applied AI, I’m passionate about advancing intelligent systems that reshape industries and enhance everyday experiences. Outside of work, I enjoy working out, cooking—documenting my creations on Instagram (@amrsteak)—and recently picked up golf. I also post demos of new AI agents on Twitter (@theamrelhady), showcasing the cutting-edge projects I’m working on. I’m excited about the collaborative potential of AI and look forward to contributing to shaping the future.
Akshaan Ahuja
Contributing to the Hyperbolic AgentKit, enabling autonomous trading of digital assets on the Solana blockchain and exploring how Agents can live and function on-chain. I first interfaced with Hyperbolic through an ecosystem talk and was drawn to the elegant simplicity of Proof-of-Sampling, Hyperbolic’s novel verification mechanism.
In the past, I have interned at Polygon Labs where I worked with the Governance team and got to learn how Proof-of-Stake works under the hood. I have ML Research experience at the Viterbi School of Engineering at USC, where I explored state-of-the-art 3-D reconstruction techniques.
Currently in my third year at UC Berkeley, majoring in Computer Science and Philosophy, I have been a member of Blockchain@Berkeley for the last 3 years, my initial introduction into the web3 space. I am excited about the intersections between AI and blockchain and believe blockchain can help prevent the monopolization of intelligence. You can find me being sarcastic on Twitter (@ahujaakshaan11) as well as playing basketball, tennis, ping-pong and skiing. I have a background in animation and cartooning and love all things related to semi-inappropriate animated television.
What You Can Expect
e/acc is where we’ll:
Experiment with AI and blockchain: Testing how these technologies work together and how they can transform industries.
Share our boldest ideas: From new agent architectures to decentralized applications.
Push the AI community to adopt crypto: Highlighting why decentralized infrastructure matters for scaling AI.
Challenge the crypto community: Introducing ideas that go beyond just AI agents.
At times, the account will be serious, showcasing research and technical deep dives. Other times, it’ll be playful, sharing memes or wild concepts that may never see production. The point is to experiment out in the open.
Why It Matters
2025 is the year of agents. The crypto <> AI community is moving faster than ever, and Hyperbolic is powering most of it. But we don’t just want to power the present. We want to build the future.
With e/acc, we’re not just creating new tools or products. We’re showing the world the road to Hyperintelligence—AGI 2.0. It’s not about replicating human thought. It’s about building systems that evolve, adapt, and collaborate autonomously.
If you want to see the future of AI and blockchain, or better yet, be part of building it, join us. Follow @hyperbolic_eacc on X and go Hyperbolic.
